Kirks is a locally renowned and long-established butchers shop and the level of trade unavoidably takes its’ toll so the customer needed to undertake their 4th shop refit since the 1960s.
What we did
All Eurocryor refrigerated display equipment and refrigeration engineering.
It was the customer’s 4th refit since the 1960’s. Kirks used Eurocryor counters for their previous refit in 2004 and Eurocryor was their default choice for the refit in 2015 without considering anyone else.
Eurocryor Vela curved glass serveover counter
The customer requested a new version of the bespoke Eurocryor Vela curved glass serveover counter and model Gemini self-service multidecks. This was the design that best-suited the new shop layout in addition to being tried and tested for this particular shop environment.
Benefits and results
Following the refit and re-establishing their brand Kirks Quality Foods were awarded the National UK Butchers Shop of the Year 2018 award.
