This was a re-development project from scratch alongside the working farm with construction of a substantial new building housing both the farm shop, offices and large restaurant to replace the existing premises.
What we did
All Eurocryor refrigerated display counters, Eurocryor multidecks for meat, deli & produce, a sausage hanging display, the frozen food display and refrigeration engineering.
The large rectangular deli island is a unique creation of Eurocryor refrigerated counters and bespoke shopfitting that allows the customer to promote an eclectic range of artisan foods including a “tasting area”.

Equally a recommendation and customer choice for the bespoke Eurocryor Vela curved glass serveover counter to maintain a traditional butchery theme. The deli island is a Eurocryor model Spring B with straight glass for a more contemporary feel. Both are complemented with the Eurocryor Gemini self-service multidecks
Benefits and results
With the expansion the whole farm and farm shop has become a successful “destination” venue for individuals and larger groups. The butchery department in particular is a busy cornerstone of the farm shop.
